Part-Time & Full-Time Instructors

Are you passionate about horses and making a positive impact in people's lives?


HHH is adding several dedicated PART-TIME and FULL TIME instructors for our Equine Therapeutic Riding Program and Beginner-Intermediate Lessons.  We have a waitlist of over 100 students!

About Us:

At HHH Ranch, we create a community without barriers where everyone is welcomed, accepted and celebrated. We rescue all of our lesson horses, rehabilitate them and then either train them to be in our program, or adopt out to their forever homes.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead equine therapeutic riding sessions for individuals with diverse needs and abilities.

  • Instruct beginner to intermediate level riding lessons in a group or private setting.

  • Ability to create lesson plans and pivot during a lesson when needed.

  • Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all riders and their families.

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of both riders and horses at all times.

  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to maintain a positive and organized program environment.


Qualifications:

  • Certification as a PATH Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI) and/ or similar certification. (If you are working towards a certification we will accept your application as well.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
